I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap for lunch with no onions. I picked it up and drove back to my office to find out it was filled with tons of red onions, so I couldn't eat it. When I notified the owner of the issue he said I could bring it back and he'd remake it, but my lunch break was over and I couldn't go back. The order was placed through their website so there is no excuse for making it incorrectly, and customer service was terrible when I just wanted my money back.
