after calling a number of RV dealers and repair shops, I found DC RV roof repair by chance. My first call was answered by Gabby, who is one of the owners along with her husband. From the first conversation, I could tell these folks know their business. She invited me to have her husband inspect our travel trailer. So thoroughly pointing out the areas of damage wood in the roof and other areas that might have been leaking. This is where I think DC roof repair is so different from most other shops. It was a great experience thrusting my RV to DC RV ROOF REPAIR LLC. They have a great customer service, great communication throughout. Was receiving pictures daily of work progress. Great couple Gabby and Carlos. Bilingual, prompt honest, respectful, couldn’t have had a better experience!!! 100 times recommended!!!!
Love the way he did the work. Carlos even went beyond, he even added solar panels to my roof. My vents were brittle and replace one and no cost!! That’s great customer service. Him and his wife are a great team!
