I was in Oregon for my son's wedding when my cars check engine light came on. Apparently one of my fuel injectors with stuck open and causing my number four cylinder to foul out. The lady at the AutoZone had told me about this place and I was particularly grateful because it was Saturday and I took it to Ryan the mechanic on duty and he not only fixed it in a timely manner but it cost me much less than his estimate. Ryan and his crew were all very polite and professional. I appreciate that
Got my air conditioning fixed here. I think his name is Justin. He was very accurate and had my truck going in less than an hour. His customer service was top tier!
These guys do everything in their power to get work done efficiently and effectively. The owner is extremely personable and ended up doing 3 hours of extra labor for free. Every time I've had mechanical work done my car has always left their shop in Tip-Top shape and running way better than it did prior to bringing it in. Great service. I needed the oil pan nut loosened so I could change my own oil. They didn't hesitate to help me out, even though they weren't making any money on it. They earned a future customer!
