I had a wondrrful experience with Darren from DC Plumbing. He was quick to answer my call and come out to assess my project. He's honest, conscientious and and personable. He even made a suggestion to help me save $$ on my project and worked to help me source what was needed for the change of plan. I had a terrible experience with the customer service at DC Plumbing. The owner was quite difficult to deal with. I experienced a major leak in my kitchen due to a minor plumbing oversight, which left me to pay for all the repairs. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner blamed everyone but himself. He charged me for "finishing work" and contradicted himself regarding testing for defects on the final day of the shower installation, which was part of a bathroom renovation.
