I phoned DC Overhead on Friday morning after the spring cracked. We couldn't open the door. At about 2 pm Lee called and said he was on his way. He quickly replaced 2 springs, the vinyl bumper on the bottom of the door, tightened all hinges, lubricated the door and set the open/close properly. That was all done in about an hour. Great service! Much appreciated!

DC Overhead Doors went above and beyond for us. We were under time constraints and we were out of town. They stepped in to look after our needs, at the last minute, making the whole process way less stressful. They are very professional. We appreciate all they did for us.
