From the minute you walk in the door its very welcoming. Nurses are so kind and Dr Crow is professional at everything he does. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs.
I currently see Dr. Jodie Charison after seeing Dr Guido Katz for my pregnancies since 2015, he has since retired. Dr. Charison is amazing to say the least. She is personable, friendly and never makes you feel like you're unheard or being dismissed. I joke to my husband I would have another baby just to receive care from her! I 100000 percent recommend Dr. Charison! Her receptionist Nadine is also amazing, I've had the pleasure of dealing with her since receiving care from Guido Katz as well.
Very disappointed. Appointments are supposed to save time, but even with a booked slot you still have to wait hours to see the doctor. There’s no respect for patients’ time. Poor time management—people have other responsibilities and can’t spend an entire day waiting after scheduling well in advance. If it happened once we can understand but if it keeps happening that is something you should work on. No other complain just long waiting times.
I’m a patient, having complications with my first pregnancy. They never answer their phone, they haven’t booked me any appointments, anatomy scan was done late and will have not been able to get the results in over a month later, going onto 27 weeks. I’ve had to call emergency line twice just for the office to call me back and tell me she’s not sure and will talk to my physician yet haven’t heard anything back yet. Pathetic and wait times run over 1.5 hours late.
Dr. Antilla has been an outstanding doctor for our family. We’ve been with her for both of our children, and the level of care she provides is exceptional. She is caring, organized, and always follows thorough procedures that give us complete confidence in every visit. We truly appreciate her dedication and the genuine attention she gives to her patients. The assistant was also very accommodating when it comes down to scheduling. Highly recommended.
