Very disappointed. Appointments are supposed to save time, but even with a booked slot you still have to wait hours to see the doctor. There’s no respect for patients’ time. Poor time management—people have other responsibilities and can’t spend an entire day waiting after scheduling well in advance. If it happened once we can understand but if it keeps happening that is something you should work on. No other complain just long waiting times.
I’m a patient, having complications with my first pregnancy. They never answer their phone, they haven’t booked me any appointments, anatomy scan was done late and will have not been able to get the results in over a month later, going onto 27 weeks. I’ve had to call emergency line twice just for the office to call me back and tell me she’s not sure and will talk to my physician yet haven’t heard anything back yet. Pathetic and wait times run over 1.5 hours late.
Dr. Antilla has been an outstanding doctor for our family. We’ve been with her for both of our children, and the level of care she provides is exceptional. She is caring, organized, and always follows thorough procedures that give us complete confidence in every visit. We truly appreciate her dedication and the genuine attention she gives to her patients. The assistant was also very accommodating when it comes down to scheduling. Highly recommended.
I see a Dr Alaa Awadalla, he is good. My last visit, I was seen by a new young doctor, working with him. She was not good & the reason one star was removed. She asked me why I had an IUD at my age?? I was 42yrs old & had got the IUD after having a child (naturally) only a couple years prior.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Crow. He is truly exceptional. From my very first appointment, he made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. His calm, reassuring presence helped me feel confident during every stage of my care.
