⭐ 1 Star Absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating. I was told in May 2025 that the wait time for my appointment was 6–10 months. I waited over a year, only to call in August 2026 and find out that the doctor had retired and no one had taken over her patients or contacted us. Now I’m being told to go back to my family doctor for another referral. When I asked about another doctor, I was told the wait is 2 YEARS. My doctor referred me to Dr. Crow and was told to wait for the clinic to contact me regarding an appointment. After waiting for a month, i followed up because I had not heard anything and was told there is no schedule available yet until end of summer so i continued to wait. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way my calls were handled. Had my second son February 2025. I had dr.chappel, and this was such a stressful pregnancy. She would send me for blood work, wouldn't explain what for, just for it to be another std test. Kept asking for the proper blood work to make sure my nutritional levels were good as I kept feeling faint.it never happened.When I was told my son had a weird spot on his heart,the "nurse" came in and just bluntly laid it all out.
