Drive away UNHAPPY. Tuscon NLine, 3 years young in May, 52000 ks. Major engine fault, reported to service desk, told could not fit car in for 2 weeks, keep driving. Car broke down, towed to DC Motors. Cam shaft and catalytic converter replaced. Car returned when they knew reversing unit and mobile charger not working. Poor management leads to poor service, all the while hiding behind Hyundai Australia. Not surprising when sharing story, that many others in Rockhampton have experienced the same. Great customer service, friendly staff, salesmen and service team, nice show room and clean amenities, keep up the great work team, I highly recommend.
From start to finish, these guys were a huge disappointment. They had confusion with my booking, couldn’t manage to update my contact details. Damaged my property, then refused to offer to repair it. Followed up with a side of bad customer service. Their reasoning was: “we work on cars that are under warranty. Our guys aren’t trained to work on older cars.. “ weak excuse. Excellent all round service from Lochlan at D C Motors. The whole experience was approached in a professional and friendly manner . All my questions were competently answered , and hand over of my vehicle was exciting and memorable. I certainly will be returning to see Lochlan in three years time when I need to purchase again .
