Recently purchased a RAV4 from them and we love it. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and making sure everything was a seamless experience!
My dauhter bought a beautiful black 2013 Rav4 Limited from DC sales.and There were a few issues (problems) with the vehicle but we were able to bring back the vehicle and was insured that it would all be looked at, I am gratefull they were Very helpful.
Didn’t think to tell us that the car we were applying for finance for had been sold. So sensitive data was sent over that did not need to be sent. This also left us desperately needing to find a replacement car. Poor customer service. Edit: You DID NOT advise putting a deposit on the car. Neither me or my partner recall this at all. My partner was also told the car had sold earlier that week, not earlier that day.
We bought hond crv 2016 and we love it
