They came to replace a shower door and accidentally broke the other one. It took 6 weeks for them finally come to replace the door they had broken. It took several text messages and phone calls for this to happen. Mr. Rachid said in one phone call that he cannot give us the estimate of when he can come it could be weeks or months. Reason being that we had requested to have shield put in which was there in the original glass. He went to the extent of saying that we can find some one to install the shield our selves!!!
