I cannot recommend Dr. Cernea more highly - she cares SO much about her patients. She is simply a superb doctor with the diagnostic and clinical skills of an intuitive genius and the warm yet no-nonsense manner of someone who will, medically speaking, tell you exactly what you need to hear: what is wrong, how to treat it, and where to go - short-term and long-term. I have and will continue to put my life in Dr. Cernea's hands, from a medical perspective.

I’m fairly new but so far a great experience. From Jaylee, the receptionist to the doctor . I just started my treatment with Zepbound and they’ve done amazing job managing the prior authorizations as well my dosaging.

I hesitated writing this review but would feel bad if someone else had the same experience as me; for context, I am a flight attendant. On my last SICK visit I mentioned sinus & ear pressure, and that I couldn’t hear out of my right ear especially while FLYING, and I was afraid of a burst ear drum (common in my field). Dr. Cernea looked in my ear and said she didnt see anything wrong, therefore would not write a sick note (required by my supervisors), and that there was no reason I shouldn’t return to work. Dr. Cernea was wonderful. Until my insurance changed, then she was dismissive and her receptionist staff is highly unprofessional and rude. Happy I switched PCPs when I did.
