Penny is the best !
We came here to pick up a uhaul over the weekend and the online pick up system kept timing out. We have never used this location but with others if you go inside they can usually help. We went inside to a man who barely acknowledged us. Before we could say anything more than "uhual" he cut us off and said he doesn't know, doesn't even own a cell phone. When we had finished and were dropping the key in the drop box the man came outside and just glared at us. It was a very uncomfortable situation. Poor customer service skills.... read more
I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with either Penny or Doug. Understandably they get busy at the beginning and at the end of boating season so patience is needed when opening and closing your boat but the service is terrific and they always help when advice is needed. Highly recommended!!
