Pay up ya flogs
First impressions were good. First meetings with David were really positive and we were really happy and excited with the designs. Slab and frame went up really quickly. But then everything started to slow down. Twice time was taken off work for site meetings which the foreman forgot to turn up to. Numerous occasions we were told just days before items were to be installed that the product wasn't in stock even though they had months to source it and we'd have to choose another product to avoid delays. We are currently building with DC Living and the process so far has been very smooth. Big thanks to the DC Living team. We have been treated very professionally by everyone so far. i.e. our Sales executive, our Customer service manager as well as the Site supervisor. The timeframes that were promised have been adhered to and the communication has been seamless. Can't wait for our new house to be ready.
worst experience ever, people at there company doesn’t help don’t do what they promised and lacking respect to clients. This is the worst worst experience ever I have been sending them emails regarding my situation and no one reply’s. I would have give them 0 stars. Worst service ever.
