I booked a minor service and was told to bring my car in at 8:30am. I requested if 9:00am was possible but was advised the car needed to be dropped off first thing in the morning. I explained that I start work at 8:30am, so I asked if earlier than 8:30am was possible. I was told, “Yes, that’s fine, the earlier the better, we’ll have someone in.” 8:15am no one was there. 8:30am still no one was there. I tried calling but of course no answer.
