Omg BEST hairdressers ever. I have high expectations- some might think unrealistic expectations of my hair.. but Darsh, Chen and Jess make it all real!! Amazing service, skills and very reasonable plus Aveda products. Plus a a massage to start. Been coming to DC lounge for a few years now but have finally got around to posting this review!! Cheng is a short tempered and aggressive hair styler.During the time he worked on my hair, he paused his work 5 times to answer phone calls and book appointments. Each phone call took at least 5-6 minutes and he argued with one customer who rang to complain.When I reminded him that I have to leave for work, he had the worst attitude and didn’t even apologise .I was not happy with his styling skills as well, he still needs proper training in both hair dressing and professional manner.
