Cheng is a short tempered and aggressive hair styler.During the time he worked on my hair, he paused his work 5 times to answer phone calls and book appointments. Each phone call took at least 5-6 minutes and he argued with one customer who rang to complain.When I reminded him that I have to leave for work, he had the worst attitude and didn’t even apologise .I was not happy with his styling skills as well, he still needs proper training in both hair dressing and professional manner. I am very selective with where I go as I have thick, short gery hair and very few salons know how to tame it and make it look good. Been loving this place.. very warm and welcoming and Darshi is an absolute artist!
