DC HAIR LOFT I had an absolutely amazing experience! The hair care that Denia provides is definitely top tier. The customer service impeccable. My visit was truly one of a kind. Every part of the process from getting my hair washed all the way to the last curl amazing. Denia takes pride in her work. I had a very strange experience with this salon. I called to inquire about a specific style that wasn’t listed on their website, left a voicemail, and shortly after received a text message. I responded, mentioning that I was inquiring about salon services. Initially, the person told me I had the wrong number, only to later confirm that I had, in fact, reached the right place. Soo I was extremely excited to try this stylist however, the customer service is not good at ALL First I called multiple times because I had some questions. I left my name and number and received texts instead. I texted them back asking if phone calls was not something they did. The question was deflected and they literally refused to call me back however I still tried to give Grace. So I text my questions instead.
