The staff here is terrible at paperwork, and getting your records sent to your primary doctors. We have been waiting and waiting and still no paperwork has been sent from this office.

Terrible customer service ! First visit I didn’t meet the doctor. I was a New patient and Dr didn’t even take 5 min to meet me . 2nd visit, I waited 2 hours … still didn’t meet the doctor …. Again, for a new patient this was very disappointing. Doctors do not care about you …. They just want your money ! Sad I’m sure I’ll find a good gastro soon and I’ll make sure to tell all my friends and family
