Very stressful experience this morning. I attempted to contact the office with some questions this morning that would have affected my morning. I was unable to get in touch with them. I tried calling 5 times over the course of 1.5 hours. No answer. I received contact 22 mins before my appointment. I was transferred to the office admin, Marietta or Henrietta, not sure. My experience with Dr. George was incredibly disappointing. I arrived on time for my 8:00 a.m. appointment and was not seen by the doctor until 9:40 a.m., a two-hour wait. When Dr. George finally came in, the visit felt incredibly rushed and dismissive. They spent less than 10 minutes with me, barely addressing my concerns before walking out. The staff never answers the phone at both locations. I leave voicemails and no one returns my calls half the time. Here I am needing to make an appointment and can’t because no one will answer or call back. I have complained to them about their phones for over a year now and nothing changes.
Staff is amazing! They are ALL very caring and compassionate to a patients needs and concerns. This has been my families Primary for years and will continue to be. I highly recommend.
