The staff never answers the phone at both locations. I leave voicemails and no one returns my calls half the time. Here I am needing to make an appointment and can’t because no one will answer or call back. I have complained to them about their phones for over a year now and nothing changes.
Staff is amazing! They are ALL very caring and compassionate to a patients needs and concerns. This has been my families Primary for years and will continue to be. I highly recommend.

Wait is always over an hour and nurse practitioners no Dr and lady was just has no people skills not diverse made me feel like she was rushed like she was annoyed with my concerns
