I highly recommend buying any vehicle here. Everyone was so nice and polite and worked with us to ensure we were very satisfied with our purchase. They have such a great team and excellent customer service and stand behind anything they sell. My husband and I love his new truck and can’t thank them all enough for such excellent customer service and for allowing us to purchase a great truck. I am splitting my rating. The owner Rick and receptionist Whitney are very polite. I have nothing negative to say about either of them or the business itself. The salesman however, another story. The business itself isn't bad and the vehicles are nice. The particular vehicle I was looking to purchase had a light on and I asked for my mechanic to look at. I spoke to Whitney at length about a pickup they were selling. We spoke for 2 days about it. I drove an hour and 45 minutes from Lexington with the intention of purchasing the truck. I get to the lot to test drive and the tires are almost bald (dangerously low tread), a check engine light is on, one speaker worked in the cab, and the touch screen didn’t respond to touch.
