Technicians Paul and Tony both were very professional, polite and lovely to deal with yesterday at my home. Their work was very well done, they left all working areas very clean and tidy, took away all rubbish and even vacuumed after spending the full day removing 3 old wall mounted Air conditioners on our 2 storey home and removed and took away a huge, ugly combined outdoor unit. Just had Jordie and Cameron arrive to service 4 air-conditioners. The difference they made to the cooling function in my room was amazing - it was hardly cooling at all, now it is like ICE! But more importantly, both of these guys were so professional and friendly that you instantly felt at ease. And they never stopped working the entire time. Having been a HR Director for 30 years, well done on 2 great hires in your business. Make sure you keep them both working for you in the long term.

Dan S cleaned all the aircons and was polite, friendly - asking if his shoes needed to be taken off. He went above and beyond the cleaning and I would recommend him to a friend. Very happy with his work. Thank you!

Dan S and Kai were super efficient and friendly, the team at DC Electrical are great - turn up when they say - keep us on top of our warranties for aircon units.
