Brett and Kevin did an excellent job servicing the aircon. Very humble and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
I took half a day off work and cancelled job bookings that I had as DC Electrical were to come between 12 and 4 pm They did not show up at all, this is not the first time this has happened, so I lost half a days pay waiting for nothing. Even a simple Courtesy call to let us know they weren’t going to show would have been nice. Will be contacting our real estate and getting someone else.
Took a day off work during busy period just to be cancelled on last minute. Refused to do the only other time we had available the following day.
