Thank you for sending Amber. What an asset to your firm. She turned up before time, was respectful, engaging, thorough and knowledgeable. I spoke with Amber about the oven hinges (even though she was servicing the air conditioners) and she was able to find the Serial Number sticker for me and has taken a photo to send through to that arm of your business. Nothing was too much trouble. An absolute gem of an employee.
Paul and Connor did a great job. They were both exceedingly professional and I cannot overstate how fantastic they both were. The installation of the unit was super fast and the ducting of the electrical work is so neat and clean. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. Totally recommend.
