When my car broke down, the person on the phone from my breakdown company said it could take 1–2 hours for me to be towed away. DC Diagnostics showed up just 15 minutes after we sent out the request. Fantastic service, super friendly as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My car broke down at home . A very prompt attendance and attempt to resolve the problem . Unfortunately it was not fixable outwith a garage and em was taken there for me . Excellent all round , no fuss , no issues , courteous

Broke down in rain so bad, I expected Noah’s Arc to float past. Recovery was quick and he stood out and worked in the rain like a champion. I was wet through and my teeth were chattering so he got me to sit in the car while he fixed it. When he got the car working I was absolutely delighted and so relieved. Would recommend 100%
