DO NOT USE IF ASSIGNED BY AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. IT’S A SCAM! Almost 2 weeks and hasn’t completed the report for AHS, never fixed our toilet issue. Won’t answer calls and hung up last I tried to speak with him. Horrible experience. He also deletes bad reviews.
