Unfortunately my experience ended in a negative, a new unit stopped working and while it was repaired ex gratia under warranty it stopped working again two weeks later. No information on the repair earlier was provided and Proprietor Dave Cassin of DC Cooling refused to cooperate with inquiries made by Consumer Affairs. The unit it still not working. My old gas, ducted heating system was very noisy and inefficient. Dave located the cause of the problem very quickly. He provided me with a quote promptly and ordered a new fan motor, removed the old & installed the new part. The system is now working efficiently, with no noise and I have a warm home again. Dave is professional, on time and tidy. I highly recommend him. Thank you DC Cooling!

Thankyou DC Cooling! I thought my air-conditioning was truly buggered and I would have to replace my unit, which would have cost me around $4000. Dave got my air con going at the cheapest price possible, and had the parts in his van, no waiting! It's going to be 39 degrees tomorrow, so,so grateful. Thanks DC cooling!
