Always a pleasure to book our annual AC service with D & T. Your AC is like your car; if you don't get it serviced you are going to run into trouble down the line; and that is on you and not D & T.
Unfortunately my experience ended in a negative, a new unit stopped working and while it was repaired ex gratia under warranty it stopped working again two weeks later. No information on the repair earlier was provided and Proprietor Dave Cassin of DC Cooling refused to cooperate with inquiries made by Consumer Affairs. The unit it still not working. My old gas, ducted heating system was very noisy and inefficient. Dave located the cause of the problem very quickly. He provided me with a quote promptly and ordered a new fan motor, removed the old & installed the new part. The system is now working efficiently, with no noise and I have a warm home again. Dave is professional, on time and tidy. I highly recommend him. Thank you DC Cooling!
