The owner (Jack) is a very nice and knowledgeable person prices are a little higher than others but I believe that you get what you pay for and if you want quality work then pay for it.A++++ in my books
They did some work for me last year and I was very pleased with their work. But this year is a different story. I have called them several times regarding a leak around my skylight and to replace my back door. Most of my calls I left a message (multiple messages) and they were never returned. If I got to talk to someone in the office I was told Jack was out of town or Jack and Rebecca were on a site working. I have had no returned calls for months. I would not refer them to anyone.
This company has done work at my personal home and my mom's. They do great work, and unlike another review on here, they go out of their way to return my calls. I would highly recommend them and will use them any time I have a need!
Do they do good work- yes. But that's really irrelevant when a business never returns service request calls, emails. It's NOT a one time occurance, it's a systemic problem. So much so, you have to move on to another contractor. I referred several to D & C only to learn later on, they never returned potential customer's calls. If you're not interested working in a paticular area or job- say so.
