These guys were hired by the builder (not us) to repair damaged and defective siding, damaged soffit and metal facia. They came one morning instead of an afternoon to take a look; started some repairs. They were shown everything that needed repairs. They were told not to lean ladders on brand new siding and brand new black gutters. They were given thick styrofoam to use to lean the ladders against. They worked for a few hours and left.
