If I could leave negative stars, I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience working with DC Construction. They hired my company to perform a service, the work was completed as agreed, and despite this, payment was not made for over six months. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business owner. I was hired to professionally detail one of their vehicles. The job was completed in full, but they pointed out a small area that had been missed. I immediately offered to come back and fix it at no extra charge, as any professional would. As a small business, it's shocking to see this company choose not to pay another small business for services rendered. This kind of behavior shows a real lack of integrity and professionalism. Andy Auto Detailing did work for you and like any business owner, he deserves to be paid for his time and effort. Small businesses rely on each other to survive, especially in this economy. It's no wonder this company has a 1-star rating. Whoever is in charge needs to seriously reflect on how their actions affect others. Do better.
