If I could give this company 0 stars I would.. this is supposedly “Family” and I wouldn’t trust Duane as far as I could throw the guy. I had a kitchen fire right before Thanksgiving and I got ahold of this company because well.. he’s family right? It’s May, and my house is still not complete with all the insurance money still in his possession. Excellent contractor to work with. Duane is honest and knows the industry. When it comes to insurance repair (my situation) he can read through an estimate from an insurance company and thoroughly explain what each line means on the repair estimate. He also is able to tell where the insurance company is trying to take short cuts in a repair and can back it up with industry standard procedures which was very helpful in my case. Everything start to finish 110%. Highly recommend this company to handle ANY restoration rebuild and the people were very professional and prompt. The quality of the work they did was very impressive.
Fast ans sure to get quality work. Crew worked fast to get our family back into our home.
DC Complete did a fabulous job restoring my basement after damage from a water heater leak. They were courteous, prompt, and responsive. I highly recommend their work!
