This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a tire service. They came out, looked at my tire, and told me it was punctured. They said they fixed it and put it back on, but as soon as I drove my car, I realized the problem was still there. When I called them back, they suddenly told me I needed to replace the whole tire. Tried to charge me $230 to change out a tire. I already had another tire to exchange with so they were trying to charge for "labor and mobile service fee". Absolutely would not recommend.
Avoid This Place at All Costs! This maintenance shop is a total scam. They lure you in with promises, make you wait for hours (or even a day long), and then don’t show up when they’re supposed to. At the last minute, they demand more money than originally agreed—without doing the job properly. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
They came out. Then damaged the stud couldn't get lug nut off. Then said he couldn't help.left me stranded on side of road. I had to call a tow truck cost $250.00 Then the cost of repairing the stud. When I went to the tire shop. They told me i should of towed it to a shop. It was 10pm. I just wanting to get home. They refused to take responsibility for the damages. Horrible business
