This Reliance contractor came to my house on Thanksgiving Sunday, to look at a furnace that hasn’t been working for over a year. Off and on, of course. I appreciated that he took the job a day early, and thought he was really nice on the phone. However, when he came into our house he was really condescending and only looked at the thermostat and tinkered.
