Just 24 hours before a 1600 mile trip, my check engine light came on, all 6 cylinders started misfiring and it looked like I wouldn’t be able to go on our holiday. The team (although they had a fully booked day) got the car diagnosed and Georgia had the parts ordered immediately for same day arrival. They squeezed it into their schedule and had the issue resolved so quickly, if it were any other garage I likely would’ve had to change my plans. booked my car in for MOT. got it back damaged with scratches all down the door. took it back to get it sorted and i was majorly disappointed with the customer service as i received nothing but argumentative and defensive behaviour from the staff. he proceeded to get rid of as many scratches as he could whilst trying to blame me for the damage.
