booked my car in for MOT. got it back damaged with scratches all down the door. took it back to get it sorted and i was majorly disappointed with the customer service as i received nothing but argumentative and defensive behaviour from the staff. he proceeded to get rid of as many scratches as he could whilst trying to blame me for the damage.
