An excellent and friendly service. A got my car in excellent clean condition much quicker than I had anticipated.
Enquired about a BMW, spoke to Lorraine who told me that they wouldn't sell the car and Rob would call me the following day (as he was off) Received phone call next day and was told the car had gone to BMW for a service and a mechanic purchased the car?! Never heard such jackanory
Excellent service! I bought my used Kia from here and it's brilliant! The staff were extremely helpful with all of my questions. They allowed me to reserve the purchase with a deposit too. They have a test drive road that's about 3 miles away that was handy to make sure the car had everything they advertised. Only complaint is that they don't offer car delivery and drop-off, so I had to drive the car back after purchasing.
Car bought; BMW 640D 2016. I’d been looking for a couple of months researching this car when I saw the ad for DC, I called and spoke to the brilliant Lorraine and secured the car for £99. On the day of viewing I was collected from the train station and drove the car back giving it a decent test drive. After seeing a Honda HR-V we were looking for at this dealership, Initial phone call chat with Lorraine was sufficient for me to put down £99 fully refundable deposit to travel to Bansted on a Saturday to view and test drive the car. The staff were all very friendly, polite and answered all our questions. After viewing the car and taking it on a test drive, we agreed a date for me to pick it up.
