Got my car inspected here and the staff was friendly and helpful even though I showed up close to closing.
The people are friendly there and are willing to do the job that you ask them to do. My boyfriend and I picked them out of several different places in Springfield off line. They seem to have more positive reviews than negative unlike some of the other transmission shops in Springfield. I have a 95 Ford Taurus GL. When I asked them to just put the TCC solenoid on my car that I already I bought myself from AutoZone without doing a diagnostic or charging me for the diagnostic. Local, friendly, trustworthy and affordable. I'll never go anywhere else.
Worst business dealing ever. They hit the rear door of my Explorer with the shop door and did over $500 worth of damage and refused to fix it. They also charged 70% more for parts than the parts store. Save yourself some money and headache. Avoid this deceitful and very rude business.
