Stay far away. Brought my car in in October due to a power steering fluid leak. My assumption was a low pressure hose. They looked at it, had it fixed within my 8 hour shift at work and I picked it up. I double checked to confirm what the problem was and they told me I was right: the Low pressure hose was bad and they replaced it. I’m extremely disappointed with the service my friend received at DC Auto Care. She went in for a simple check-up, and they ended up pressuring her into unnecessary services that cost her an outrageous $200. It’s clear they took advantage of her trust, and it feels like they only cared about making a quick buck instead of providing honest, reliable service. She left feeling scammed and frustrated. I had a screw in my tire and needed a fix before I left town. They were able to get a spot for me in a short time, started the fix exactly when they said the appointment time would start, fixed it in the time they said it would take, and it cost what I was quoted on the phone. Quick fix and a cheap price, right on time. Thanks!
