Have had many issues with the furnace recently even tho it is barely 9 years old. Had multiple companies in which I paid for diagnostics and couldn't find the issue as it happened over night when they arrived symptoms weren't exactly the same. But Tommy came out from DC and I having Youtube troubleshooted it myself 20 hrs worth, Tommy with his super skills zoned in like no other before him, and literally within half hour nailed it. Recently my Furnace stopped working and i called DC air for help. Right away the first experience with the call inquiry was impressive. The person was patient and ready and willing to help. Great first impression. The Technician then did a fast follow. His name was Nathan. Again, great patience and he tried everything to help me over the phone to troubleshoot on the spot. Thank you Tommy! Sorry this is going to be long. My parents furnace stopped working at night and the feeling outside must have been minus19. Because it was an emergency and DC air couldn't get someone to arrive fast enough we were connected with Tommy who helped diagnose the problem over the phone.
