Customer service is disappointing and rude. They also refuse to take accountability for their poor workmanship. Excellent Service from DC Air! We had an excellent experience with DC Air. Our AC stopped working after another company had serviced our furnace. We were told that the motherboard had failed and that the repair could cost anywhere from $800 to $1,000. Wanting a second opinion, we contacted DC Air, and we’re so glad we did.
