Excellent service from DC Air I had a great experience with DC Air. My furnace issue was treated with priority, and the technician quickly identified that the gas valve was faulty and replaced it efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the issue was resolved without delay. A big thanks to Tom for coordinating and following up, and Paul for the support throughout the process. Needed a furnace service and help with a broken humidifier. Paul came out and quickly fixed the humidifier and completed the service- he also provided some advise on which filter we should use moving forward and a report on overall furnace health. Paul arrived within the window provided by the scheduler which I was also happy with. Overall great experience.
