I had a fantastic overall experience with DC Air. When I needed my AC serviced they were extremely prompt in getting a Tech out to my home to check on the problem right away. Our tech, Paul, was friendly, respectful and informative. He fixed the issue and also gave me sound advice on the future life expectancy of my current AC unit. I would definitely recommend DC Air and will be calling them in the future.
Terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Been getting the runaround from them for a month now. Their technicians come in claiming it's "not their issue" with a new AC unit that was installed. A few days ago we had the HVAC technicians come in and tell us it's a leak and it needs to be fixed by the AC technicians. Had them claim they came to the house and no one was home when I watched them literally go to someone else's house on the street, get in their car and drive away. This is a ridiculous company. The technician, Nathan, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in simple terms, and got right to work. They cleared the blockage efficiently and even took the time to check the rest of the system to make sure everything was running smoothly. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home and how thorough they were with their work. I highly recommend DC Air for your HVAC needs !
Nate came out to our house and got our AC up and running again on one of the hottest days of the year. He was our saviour! Grateful for Nate and the DC Air team
Extremely poor service and poor business management because they think they got contract with big builders. Take your business elsewhere to get honest service and product.
