Great service by Ahmed who gave an efficient diagnose of our humidifier that has not been running for the whole winter. And provided professional guidance on further maintenance and monitoring. Great job!
They break things, come back to fix them, don't mark things on the papers properly so nothing gets done, and make employees wearing 0 safety gear go into fresh insulation just to do nothing and leave. The worst company I've had to deal with, especially through the phone. I'd give a 0 if I could.
