The DC/AC team is great! When our a/c died on a Wednesday night, they had a completely new unit installed by Friday! We are new-ish homeowners and Stephen was so great at explaining everything so we would understand. The whole team was so responsive, we will definitely be using them again!
I wish I can give 10 stars! Jennifer provides excellent customer service when calling the office and Jason, the technician is efficient and informative. We have worked with several AC providers and the service you get with DC/AC is unmatched. They truly care about their customers and treat you like family. Their prices are competitive too! I would definitely reccomend DC/AC to my friends, family, and neighbors.
Super fantastic service!!! My AC stopped working a couple hours before I was supposed to be having company for dinner, I called this company and they came out pretty much right away within 30 minutes. The Best. I went through three techs prior to Stephen with DC / AC, all of whom disregarded my perceived issue and immediately went for the sale of new units. I will recommend him to every single person I know proactively because it is a God-send to have an honest expert. After seeing reviews on facebook, our first call was placed at 3:53.
