Horrible.....made appointment for virtual and waited weeks for help for my daughter only for no show on appointment and yet still billed my insurance $180. Very unprofessional to not even call especially after I took off work for the appointment. Do not use their services.
I can’t say enough great things about my ART session with Lisa Besler. I had my first ART therapy session at DPT of south jersey yesterday. I have done therapy in the past, but never experienced anything like this therapy. I had Michelle as my therapist and she was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I felt a little nervous going into it, but Michelle put me at ease and made me feel relaxed and comfortable right away. I really enjoyed the guided, visual experience of this type of therapy and will definitely be making another appointment.
