I love it. I did The program and I use my skills I love that you have 24 hour counseling, especially when you’re in need they really help the staff. There are the best.
Definitely had insurance issues - as someone previously posted. This place can tell you what they want you to hear, but don't get stuck with a bill. Don't just trust them - contact your insurance company yourself.
🚨 SCAM ALERT🚨 STAY AWAY FROM DBT INSTITUTE OF MICHIGAN! I began therapy with DBTI in December of 2023, and was told UP FRONT that my insurance (BCBS) was In-Network. I began as a client there in part due to this fact I received this bill today, with MULTIPLE false charges and the news that they were NOT in network and therefore I owed this amount. Note that this happened December 6th, which was before I began services with DBTI. I’ve left multiple messages with no answer. BEWARE!
