Finding the DBT Center of NJ was the first and most effective decision I made in a season of life that sincerely felt like the precipice of failure. Can't say enough good things about how helpful we found the services at DBT Center of NJ. Nicole was instrumental in helping a family member work through extreme depression with both compassion and skill building. And the camaraderie, skill building and support that came with group therapy, led by Jen, were incredibly meaningful in helping build long term resilience. We are 180 degrees from where we were a couple years ago and feel very grateful to have found DBT Center of NJ and the wonderful professionals there.
My teenager "graduated" from DBT almost six months ago and we have nothing but great things to say about both their one-on-one therapist (Jennifer Celli) and their group therapy/therapist (RIkki Bobchin). Had a family member treated here, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the staff we have worked with, including Jennifer, Nicole, and Rikki. Worked with Jennifer most extensively, and she honestly saved the life of the family member.
