Can't say enough good things about how helpful we found the services at DBT Center of NJ. Nicole was instrumental in helping a family member work through extreme depression with both compassion and skill building. And the camaraderie, skill building and support that came with group therapy, led by Jen, were incredibly meaningful in helping build long term resilience. We are 180 degrees from where we were a couple years ago and feel very grateful to have found DBT Center of NJ and the wonderful professionals there.
Finding the DBT Center of NJ was the first and most effective decision I made in a season of life that sincerely felt like the precipice of failure. The DBT Center of NJ is the best DBT program in the state of NJ. I highly recommend all of the therapists at the DBT Center. I have had the pleasure of working with Rikki, Jenn, and Kim throughout my years of being a therapist. All of the therapists are excellent and use the most up to date evidence based treatments. My teenager "graduated" from DBT almost six months ago and we have nothing but great things to say about both their one-on-one therapist (Jennifer Celli) and their group therapy/therapist (RIkki Bobchin). In fact, when I asked my teen which they liked better (group vs individual) they had a hard time picking because both were so positive. DBT Center of NJ Is my top choice for anyone seeking comprehensive DBT therapy from expertly trained therapists. Many places will say they do DBT but are often either afraid to treat severe impulses and suicidality or are not thoroughly trained to help effectively get relief for their clients.
