They seem to have good knowledge and technical skills, and it looks like they know what they’re doing. However, I wasn’t satisfied with the pricing, so I decided not to do the job there. At first, when they were going to handle everything, they showed me the part on their monitor and gave an estimate where the labor was about $100–$150 above the part cost, which seemed reasonable.
