I have a 2025 Indian scout bobber, I had them install foot control extension kit and a muffler slip-on. Fast service, good pricing and super cool staff. I definitely recommend this place for your bike services.
Duc and his team are incompetent plain and simple. I wont even get into my experiences first but let me tell you what I saw. Guy buys a brand new 15-20k supersport, comes to duc for a new exhaust and tune. It's running fine but when they finish the job the bike is not running smooth and is bogging/misfiring. Didn't flash ecu like they were supposed to and got lazy and wanted to slip to just slip the exhuast. They flash it and it still misfires and bogs then they try to take the blame off of themselves. Bought a bike from Duc in May. He’s been giving me the run around for 6 months on why it isn’t finished and ready for pick up. This guy is a HORRIBLE business man. Stay FAR AWAY. I’ve been out $6-7k for 6 MONTHS. No bike. No title. No BOS. I’ve been asking for MONTHS. Seriously avoid at all costs. I can not express more disappointment in this guy.
First and foremost I got ripped off they said they was gone order me a brand new gas tank they just clean the old one out from rust I’ve had parts missing and loose to make it seem like it fell off my bike they give the most run around and they was paid up front I got my bike after some MONTHs they was supposed to check the whole bike out to make sure it was safe coming to find out I got my bike back loose front rotor my headlight housing was glued n loose the turn signal melted thermostat bad n I paid this business to have ... read more
Only good thing about this shop is if you want some lights, had a simple electrical issue and took my bike for an entire month and every time I asked for it back or updates had some excuse, charged me to do nothing. Took to another mechanic and had my issue fixed in within the hour. Please don’t trust the reviews look at the other 1 star reviews they’re the exact same issues.
