I went in for a root touch up, after a year and scissor cut after 6 months. Having undercut it myself and messing it up, Sandra graciously fixed it and gave me the bob I wanted! Vina sweetly agreed to give me a color gloss on the fly! Thank you DBS for your impeccable service! I love your team vibe! <3 C~

Wonderful service overall. I’ve been troubled with not knowing what to do with my fine hair, but Sandra was very kind and attentive with walking me through what she was doing and showing me how to care for my hair to encourage the tiny bit of wave I have. The scalp massage was amazing! More expensive than a regular chain salon, but I believe you get the expertise and experience that matches the price- and different stylist levels have different price points.

Got my haircut from Jennifer. She did what I suggested which was a basic trim. But didn't give any other ideas/suggestions. I don't know what the extra first-timer fee was for. The products/amount used made my hair look scantier and thinner, and did not give volume. Could have gotten the same haircut from any normal non-curl specific place for a fraction of the price. They charged me $180 which was precommunicated to me. Overpriced.

Vanessa is my stylist. I love seeing her. She exudes a positive radiance that turns any gloomy day into a good one. She is really good at listening to what I want, seeing what I actually need, and bringing the two ideas together. While, I have not worked with other stylists at DBS, everyone is friendly. I am always greeted with warm smiles.
