We ordered our cabinets the second week in August 2025. Our kitchen wasn’t completed until April 2026. Our “designer” made one excuse after another. Awful experience but that was the designers fault. The actual contractor(s) who did our project were excellent and professional. One person (who was the in charge) ruined our thoughts on DBS and we are not likely to use their services in the future.
We used Chrissy at DBS and she was amazing! She came and field measured everything to a T. She made great suggestions on how we could better improve our kitchen layout, and she has a great eye for color, hardware, granite colors, and more! I highly recommend!
DBS brought my vision to life and was a pleasure to work with. We own a two family and you could never tell by walking into this kitchen. The layout was a bit odd to work with at first but they were able to give me everything I dreamed about for my space! We ran into a hiccup where the crown moulding wouldn’t fit correctly due to the uneven ceiling but DBS immediately corrected the issue and refunded us without the headache.
