Recently, our property management company used DBR while our normal roof repair tech was away on an extended vacation. Our guy usually does patch-work. DBR Roofing not only did the initial inspection quickly, they also shared 3 repair options for us to choose from. Allowing us to select the best option for us. Will definitely use them again in the future with our other properties.

I had an extremely distressing experience with DBR Roofing & Architectural Metal (aka DBR Premium) that resulted in over $300,000 in interior water damage—damage that occurred just two days after they supposedly completed roof repairs. RUN RUN RUN from this company. Fredy, the owner of DBR Roofing, is a big liar. He installed a brand new roof on my project and the roof started leaking right after the rain started on the first year. The leaks caused extensive damage to the ceiling and walls. Despite my many calls, Fred did not assume any responsibility or even return to inspect my roof problem.
