Chose this company after a few quotes from others. They had the best balance of price and professionalism for work in forest park. They handled the HOA and city permits in a timely fashion and without much facilitation needed from me. A bit slow to communicate and get started, but I did request work around the holidays. The biggest advantage with this company comes when you plan to do multiple renovations. They will provide discounts for loyalty and discounts for healthcare professionals.
