quoted bill and final bill below. was never told the price of the additional upcharges, they did all this work with an existing code that they should've not done any of the work so basically they did all this work to get paid and then after it was all completed it almost completed, they tell me i'm gonna have to have them di everything all over again and pay these charges twice.
