Just a disclaimer:. I did not deal with them much, but I will share the experience. I had received the phone number from a friend who deals with them a lot and had good things to say about them. I called DBM for a part. The gentleman on the phone was really polite and said he would need to do some research. He did and called me back and had found what I need. This gentleman was accommodating, nice and did a great job. Now the product he found me was $750. The problems lies that same product after research i found for $278-$3... read more

Top notch customer service and QUICK with a response. We tried every supplier and big box store in town for a special part, with no success, and Danny from DBM called us back within 10 minutes saying he had found the part and we could have it by the weekend. Highly recommend!
