I have been a happy DBL Mechanical customer for several years & thoroughly recommend their expertise.
Not a great attitude. Instead of saying “why don’t you just do it yourself” just say you don’t want the job and be done with it. No need for the backhanded comments.
I came to them on short notice with a pressing issue, and they handled it with utmost professionalism and efficiency. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent about the repairs needed. They not only fixed the problem quickly but also took the time to explain everything to me. It’s rare to find such reliable and honest mechanics these days. Thank you for the fantastic service—I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs!
This place used to be amazing and still is. However its gone downhill a little. The staff are friendly, but don't seem to be too attentive on customer requests. I've asked these guys several times to check my brakes as they've been squealing and I never get a follow up or any information on what the pads condition is. I also told them about my headlight bulbs because they keep blowing. I asked them if they might be able to test the voltage over the phone to see whether that might be the case, but instead I was told the bulbs... read more
