I used DBL’s wheels and gear set for my build. There were some delays on a few parts, but Daniel responded personally every time. When the wheels arrived, there were some issues with the powder coat. Daniel immediately stepped up and credited me $800 to have them recoated. He also sent new seal kits for the wheels and even offered to replace one entirely. we ordered the wrong gen fender flare kit for our f550 dbl design did us a favor and sent us the correct ones at no cost to our fire department!
Where are the prices? When I see that I suspect the vendor is charging different prices to different customers or changing prices daily. Pricing transparency is missing. Show the prices. If I don't like it I'll move on. What's the big secret?
Received prompt phone call from owner in response to my initial email. Went above and beyond to answer my questions, gave me some directions/ideas, and shipped the parts out I needed same day! Customer service above and beyond in this day and age in my experience.
Best in the business for single wheels and other 450-550-4500-5500 goodies....and can build your truck or build you a truck!!!!!
