I did a shout out on Facebook for a heating and cooling company locally and Derek was very prompt in reaching out! It was a chilly Saturday morning and he made arrangements to come check things out immediately. Such a nice fella! So happy we have a kind neighbour in this field. He is very knowledgeable in the radiant floor heating system and knew what the issue could be before he came out. He also has the connections with the company and is supporting us with warranty information.
The owner was very quick to respond to my email inquiries and easy to work with. The heat pump installation went as smoothly as promised. Everything was cleaned up and the recycling and waste materials were removed when he finished. We are so happy with this product, especially with the heat and humidity we're experiencing. I highly recommend DBL Air Conditioning and Heating.
