The heater in my garage stopped working and when I called DBL, Lauren quickly took all my information and details of the problem. She said she would let Derek know and call me back as soon as she knew his schedule. Within an hour she called back and said he could look at it later that afternoon. By 1:40pm Derek sent a text that the repair was done! Amazing service! I highly recommend them and they will always be my first call for HVAC service in the future!

Derek, his brother and the rest of his crew are solid lads. Unfortunately in North Bay the HVAC companies were strange to deal with and DBL came recommended on Facebook when I voiced my frustrations. I am glad I found these guys. The crew showed up, put a 36000BTU unit in, cleaned up, had lunch with us and discussed unit features, warranty, and general troubleshooting. Had a heat pump installed by someone else and it was not working properly and after six weeks of trying to get them to come fix the problem decided to get someone else and am I ever glad I did call DBL. Derek came out and said it was wired wrong and rewired it properly and pointed out other issues I would have had. DBL will be the only one I will use for future service, plus his price was very reasonable. Highly recommend
I did a shout out on Facebook for a heating and cooling company locally and Derek was very prompt in reaching out! It was a chilly Saturday morning and he made arrangements to come check things out immediately. Such a nice fella! So happy we have a kind neighbour in this field. He is very knowledgeable in the radiant floor heating system and knew what the issue could be before he came out. He also has the connections with the company and is supporting us with warranty information.
