I want to give a huge thank you to DBK Knowledge and especially Ryan Larson for their professionalism, communication, and dedication throughout the entire repair process. One thing people need to understand is that not every issue can immediately be blamed on the repair or the technician. A tech can only diagnose and repair what is visible or presenting symptoms at the time. I live in an apartment in Altamonte Springs that uses D.B.K. for electrical repairs in our complex. The office here recently gave us a fan/light for our living room & scheduled them to come & install it. Roberto quickly diagnosed the problem & rewired the faulty outlet. He was gracious & informative, explaining what the problem was & how he corrected it. He insisted on sweeping the little mess he made on the floor & take the empty box to the garage. Thanks Roberto.
