I would not recommend that anyone use this company for a property appraisal. Their appraiser simply did not take enough time and effort to do a thorough appraisal. His report came in thousands of dollars below two other very recent appraisals (within the past year) on the same property even though several property improvements were made since the other recent appraisals.
